I bought one of these brand new and it was broken still in the box. This piano keyboard is very fragile! I didn't pay a lot for it, so as long as it played, I wasn't going to fuss a whole lot about some broken plastic on it but it is disapointing when you buy something brand new and it comes in broken. It comes with a plug in for the wall so you don't need batteries so that's a big plus. Also since it doesn't specify in the description, it takes about 6 'D' batteries. Just know what you're getting when you buy this. If you can get it shipped to you in one piece, this is good for a beginner like me and I feel is worth what I paid for it.
