Young kids adore the plush toys that accompany Alfred's Music for Little Mozarts series. Beethoven Bear prefers low sounds, while Mozart Mouse likes the high sounds.The Little Mozarts series presents a very cute story about Beethoven Bear and Mozart Mouse learning to play piano and joining their other friends, like Clara Schumann-Cat, Pachabel Penguin, and J.S. Bunny, as they explore church music (in the sacred series) and pop tunes (in the Hollywood series) in preparation for their recitals. The plush toys work well in tandem with the Little Mozarts curriculum, but you can also use them alone to motivate your children/students about music. Mozart Mouse and Beethoven Bear are about the same size. They are about the length of an adult palm and thin enough for young children to grasp easily. Mozart Mouse wears the burgundy velvet jacket with lace detail, just like in the books. If you are just beginning the Little Mozarts course, I recommend investing in the Deluxe Starter Kit.
