First, I'll say we were pleased with the look, size, sturdiness of the piano itself (though the stool is prone to turning over, but our 2 year old daughter isn't that rowdy, so it's not a big problem). Thus the 2 stars. My daughter really likes it and I hate that we have to return it...BUT...the keys are WRONG. I didn't mind that it sounds "pinging" (it's a toy) or even that a few notes were terribly flat/"off" on tone. Then I realized WHY...the keys go: "CDEFGAB-CDE-CDEFGABC"!!! Yes, the black keys are 2-3-2-2-3. If you know music, you know this is absolutely unacceptable. I understand you can't get 3 full octaves on there, but at least keep the keys in the correct order, please!! Sadly, we noticed this on Christmas Day, after my daughter was actually playing with it. If the company can guarantee me one with keys set up correctly, I will simply exchange it. But we cannot in good conscience keep it as it is, even if it is just a "toy"---I want my daughter not to be confused by a keyboard with (basically) TWO middle "C"'s!!
